By Purchasing an EDJOS Rendering and its Artwork ("Purchase"), you as the Purchaser agree, acknowledge and understand that you are fully and entirely restricted and prohibited in all capacity and manner from using such Purchase, other than (1) its sole intended use and purpose of private ownership/private display and (2) its fair and legal use in a public, journalistic and/or press-related manner without any financial purpose or gain.
